I sent a complain message about the new captcha to the support team and i got this reply ;
the most important part in this message -as i think- is the tip which could be useful for someone to help is
“The sitting animal is the cat.
The standing animal is the dog.”
And here is the full reply message ;
“we are sorry that you got a error message when entering a Captchas.
We use Captchas to prevent automatically downloads.
Automatic downloads from Free-User decrease the download speed from our
servers significantly.
Therefore we change our captchas from time to time for better safety and to
provide the best possible service for our Premium and Free Users.
Our intention is to prevent automatic screen reading software and this can
cause sometimes difficulties reading.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Kindly note that even though there now are more than 4 letters and numbers in
one captcha you still only have to type 4 letters and numbers in the box.
Every captcha letter/number is with animal picture and you only have to use
the 4 letters/numbers with the cats.
The sitting animal is the cat.
The standing animal is the dog.”
